The Warrant is given to the player by the police officer in the Hardware Store after they've received the Confession letter from the Lady of the Evening. as part of the Hardware Store Murder Mystery Quest. After receiving the item, the player must go to the Benjamin Club to confront Tutorial Ted for his crime.
