Westside gang members are seen as red
The Westside Gang is a street gang located on the first island of Paper Thin City. Many of their members can be fought at Night on the first island, with the exception of the Westside Gang's leader and his crew (who only appear in the Day).
Their hideout, Gangster HQ, is located on the first island between Skate or Cry and the Easy Gym. You can access this area after fighting the leader and his crew (which requires at least 150 points in Strength). The HQ, like all other combat zones, becomes inaccessible for seven days after being cleared out.
The player can choose to help associates of the gang, Liam and his crew, in graffittiing the island.
The player is also able to help a group of gang members break into the New Lines Incorporated office building at night (rewarding them some Coca and negative Karma), or refuse and fight them (netting positive Karma).
Trivia[]
- They are red in game, possibly a reference to the real life street gang in California (in the Westside also), the Bloods. Judging by the fact the Bloods have a rivalry with the Crips (who the Eastside Mob may be based on), the Westside and Eastside may also have a rivalry.
- Liam is associated to the Westside Gang through his older brother. This makes Liam's older brother the only known 'named' gang member.
